You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to contact us before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw, all payments you have made will be refunded without undue delay, including delivery costs and in any case no later than 14 days. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. The refund will be issued upon receipt of the goods.

If you have already received the product you will have to return the purchased goods to E-Servizi Srls without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which you communicated the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

Before withdrawing, you will have the right to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of what has been ascertained. If in doing so you cause a decrease in the value of the asset, you will be responsible for this decrease in value.
