Product Catalogue
E-Servizi Srls tries to have a catalogue that is as up-to-date as possible; however, it may happen that, among the thousands of products, some product information is incorrect. Should it happen that the product you have received does not perfectly reflect the information available on the site, it is still possible to return it by exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of ordering the product.
It may happen, for example, that descriptions and images are not accurate, complete, up-to-date or correct.
PLEASE NOTE: It may happen that some products indicated as available at the time of ordering turn out to be unavailable in our warehouse. In this case you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. Product delivery times are purely indicative and not binding on our part. It may happen that, due to logistical problems with our courier partners, these delivery times are not always met on time.
Contractual rules
Before you send your order, you will be offered a summary with prices, and you will be asked to choose the delivery method, delivery costs and payment method.
At this point, by clicking on the "PROCEED WITH THE ORDER" button, you will be able to transfer your purchase proposal to E-Servizi Srls, which will manage it by considering each product placed in the shopping cart individually. An automatic confirmation e-mail ("Order Confirmation") will notify you of the receipt of the purchase proposal: such confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the proposal by E-Servizi Srls, but only confirmation of its receipt and the start of the process of data verification and availability of the requested products.
The finalisation of the sales contract with E-Servizi Srls will take place exclusively with the sending of the e-mail of acceptance of your purchase proposal, which will also contain the information related to the shipment and the expected delivery date ("Order Shipment").
Order cancellation: You may cancel your order until it is dispatched. Contact us and we will proceed with the cancellation. If you have already paid for the order, we will refund the amount according to the bank's terms and methods. If the order has already been shipped, you can return it after you have received it. Please note that e-servizi srls is not responsible for courier delays and non-delivery of parcels in the week before 25 December. In fact, for non-delivery before December 25 due to courier delays you can decide not to pick up the package but will still be retained the costs incurred for the 'sending and return of the package itself from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of € 15.

On e-giochiamo.it it is possible to make payments in the following ways:
Credit Cards / PayPal / Viva Wallet : payment by credit and debit card is made via PayPal or Viva Wallet to guarantee greater transaction security. You can also pay with Google Pay, Apple Pay and more than 10 other payment methods. Be wary of unsafe payment methods
Bank Transfer: Upon order confirmation, you will be able to see the payment details. Orders are shipped upon actual crediting of the bank transfer. If the transfer is not executed within 3 working days after order confirmation, the order will be cancelled.
Guarantee
Legal Warranty
Products sold by E-giochiamo.it to a "consumer" (non-professional) Customer are covered by the Legal Warranty on consumer goods, which covers conformity defects that become apparent within 24 months from the date of delivery of the product.
The Legal Warranty protects goods against conformity defects with the contract of sale and is provided for by EU Directive 1999/44/EC.
If the product purchased has a defect covered by the Legal Warranty, the Customer has the right, bearing only the cost of shipping charges, to have the defective product repaired or replaced by the seller or to have the price reduced or the contract terminated in cases where
- replacement or repair of the product is not possible or is excessively expensive
- the seller has failed to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time;
- the replacement or repair of the product has caused significant inconvenience.
Commercial Warranty
Products sold by E-giochiamo.it to Customers who are not "consumers" but "professionals" are not covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity, but only by the manufacturer's Commercial Guarantee, if any.
To receive assistance under warranty on products sold by E-giochiamo.it, our Customer Care Service is available and will provide all the information and indications necessary to solve the problem.
Risk of loss
All products purchased on this website are subject to shipping contracts. This means that the risk of loss of these products passes to you after we deliver the package to the courier.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided by E-Servizi Srls as is and when available.
E-Servizi Srls makes no express or implied warranties as to the operation of this site and/or the content, materials, information or products included on this site. In addition, your access to the site may also be occasionally suspended or temporarily restricted to allow necessary maintenance, repair or updating with new services and products. E-Servizi Srls will endeavour to limit the frequency and duration of such suspensions and/or limitations.

E-Servizi Srls reserves the right to cancel any orders that it deems to be unreliable and untrustworthy, as well as the right to request, at its own discretion, a change in the method of payment chosen by the Customer, without the Customer being able to make any claims against it.
E-Servizi Srls cannot be held responsible for any damage - of any kind - deriving from the use of this site.
E-Servizi Srls cannot be held responsible in case of delays due to insufficient stocks at publishers and/or suppliers and shall also not be held responsible in case of discrepancies between the articles ordered and the images, texts and photos of such articles published on this site.
Furthermore, E-Servizi Srls will not be liable for any delay or any non-fulfilment of the obligations provided for by the present general conditions if the delay or non-fulfilment is due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure beyond its control.
Finally, E-Servizi Srls shall not be responsible for any damage, loss, loss of earnings, expenses (direct and indirect) or any other damage that does not depend on its own direct and serious non-fulfilment in the execution of the sales contract.
Jurisdiction
By visiting our site you agree that, in relation to any dispute between you and E-Servizi Srls, the applicable law shall be that of the Italian State and the competent court shall be that of Rome.
Changes to the site and to the relative conditions of use
We reserve the right to modify our site and its terms of use at any time. Should one of these clauses be invalid this will not affect the validity of the others.
Products are delivered by courier or by collection from our pickup in Ciampino.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the product is in perfect condition.

Goods are deemed to be returned the moment they are handed over to the post office or forwarding agent.
When sending, please indicate whether you prefer the amount to be recharged as a purchase voucher for a subsequent order or refunded directly to your current account.
We would like to remind you that according to the regulations in force, the refund is provided net of accessory costs (packaging and shipping) and that the shipping costs for the return of goods are to be borne by the consumer for a product no longer wanted, otherwise to be borne by the seller for a wrong or damaged item received.
If you used a credit card for payment, the amount will be refunded directly to the card; if paid by bank transfer, we ask you to indicate the details of the bank account to which the payment should be made (Account holder, Account number, ABI, CAB).
If you used cash on delivery for payment, you will be reimbursed by means of a voucher to be used on our website.
The refund will be made within the statutory time limit (30 days) and you will be notified by e-mail.
In case the return is due to damaged products or shipping errors please contact our customer service to arrange the return at our charge.
